The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Requests transmit technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser and device details. Vercel may process these for delivery, security and diagnostics.

Delivery and security are based on our legitimate interest in a functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel uses a globally distributed network and processing outside the EEA is possible. Hosting documentation provides information about recipients, transfer mechanisms and retention. This application does not itself store technical logs.

3. Search and calculator

Glossary search filters content in your browser. Submitting the home-page search sends the query as a URL parameter to the glossary page, so it may appear in technical access data. Calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are not sent to us or an external calculation service.

4. Cookies, analytics and external content

The application sets no cookies, uses no local storage and contains no analytics or advertising scripts. It embeds no external fonts, videos or maps. External links lead to other providers only when clicked; their privacy notices then apply. Necessary technical measures taken by the hosting provider are separate.

5. Contact

If you contact us by email, we process your information to handle your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contractual or pre-contractual enquiries; other enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f). Correspondence is retained for handling and any applicable statutory retention duties.

6. Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact kontakt@jfk-solutions.app to exercise them. You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, including the Austrian authority. This website performs no automated decision-making or profiling.
